Charlie Duncan
KOVR's Second Cap'n Delta
Charlie Duncan was KOVR's second Cap'n as the temporary replacement for Agruss, but ended up lasting 4 1/2 years, beginning in November of 1966.

Jim Keating
KOVR's Third and final Cap'n Delta (1969-1973)
Jim's 13 year tenure with KOVR was from 1967-1987 as announcer, director, producer and on camera personality.
Jim passed away July 31, 2012.
